How many people perform the work?
This depends on the amount of work to be done. Usually 2 people come on each visit.
Do you have service commercial customers?
We do provide a number of chandelier services to commercial properties, however we do not do non-lighting related services.

What is the cost of your service?
Although we do have a standard pricing table to assign pricing estimates for projects, there is no standard project so every customer's price will be different depending on the size of the project, the condition and the service requested.
Do you use harsh chemicals?
The majority of our work involves mild cleaning solutions such as Dawn dish soap, however we may use stronger chemicals and polishes as needed. We do not use strong chemicals for 95% of our work.
How often should I have my chandeliers cleaned?
The frequancy of service depends on the location and other factors such as air quality and foot traffic in the area where your chandeliers are hung. Most of our clients have us our every 1-2 years.
Do you repair or restore chandeliers?
We perform minor repairs and replacement of parts however we seldom do restoration beyond simple polishing projects.
How do you clean chandeliers?
Each fixture is different thus our process may change from chandelier to chandelier, however we typically use a mild detergent to clean each crystal, removing the bobeches and pendants when possible to clean on the ground. We do not remove the chandelier frame from where it hangs, rather we clean this in place.
